- Rates are Dynamic and Seasonal. Therefore, they are subject to change as per availability.
- Booking confirmations are subject to availability and We do not block any accommodation in hotels until the part payments are made. However, in case if the advertised hotel is sold out or not available at the time of your confirmation then a similar category will be offered as per our sole discretion.
- Holiday Surcharge will be additional and will be charged extra such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and other events as per origin and Destination market festivals/Exhibitions/events. Peak/Festival/Events Period Surcharge to be paid extra. Will be notified at the time of booking confirmation.
- The passengers should also arrange their Visas before traveling with this holiday package if applicable.
- Please be aware that any additional activities, excursions, or services not specified in the package itinerary are not provided by us. If you wish to participate in such activities, it can be arranged at your own expense. We are happy to assist with information and recommendations, but any extra costs will be the traveller’s responsibility.
Payment Policy
To process and confirm your booking, we require a 50% advance payment. The remaining balance to be settled on the first day of your tour, upon your arrival at the airport
